Application Process

All applicants should follow the steps in full and in the given order:

1. Download and complete the Application Formfrom the ‘Downloads’ menu (please do not forget to write the essay).
2. Those who would like to apply the RELO Grant that covers the participation fee in full should both fill in the Application Form and write a Letter of Motivation from the ‘Downloads’ menu.
3. Email the Application Form and Letter of Motivation (only for grant applicants) as an attachment to[email protected] no later than June 3, 2024.
4. If your application meets the required criteria, the program administrator will contact you to schedule an interview.
5. Download and complete the Pre-interview Questionnairefrom the ‘Downloads’ menu.
6. Email the Pre-interview Questionnaire as an attachment to [email protected] at least 2 days before the scheduled interview.
7. Upon acceptance, sign the Conditions of Participation document from the ‘Downloads’ menu and send the non-refundable down payment* of 300 USD to secure your place in the course by June 14, 2024. Send the rest of the course fee, 600 USD, by June 25, 2024. Grant beneficiaries do not need to pay the course fee.

Each session of the course has a maximum of eight participants. As there is limited space available, it is best to apply as early as possible to ensure a place in the course.
